The Good Life. Squared.
Southlake Town Square: A charming take on America’s most vibrant and enduring historic small downtowns. A place where street plans and sidewalks invite walking and biking, where shops and businesses are mixed with homes and parks, and lush landscaping is at every turn.
Southlake Town Square is the hub of all Southlake activity, serving as the community’s downtown core since 1999. Today, Town Square encompasses over 1.4 million square feet of retail shopping, office space, Southlake City Hall, a Hilton hotel, Harkins Theatre, and luxury in-town living at The Garden District.
Exceptional Shopping
Southlake Town Square is a high end open-air lifestyle shopping district nestled in the heart of Southlake. Stroll through plazas and parks lined with a delightful mix of one-of-a-kind boutique shops and favorite retailers like Sephora, Williams-Sonoma, Coach, Michael Kors, Kendra Scott, Anthropologie, J. Crew, Pandora, Lululemon, and more. With more than 120 stores just steps from your door, satisfying that retail itch has never been easier.
Fine Dining at your Doorstep
The Parkview Residences may have state-of-the-art kitchens worthy of any gourmet chef, but when it’s time to venture out, nowhere is the variety quite so mouthwatering as in Southlake. Whether it’s a morning cup of joe, a dinner out with friends, or cocktails and an appetizer, Town Square is always satisfying. Favorites include Truluck’s Seafood, Steak & Crabhouse, Brio Tuscan Grille, Malai Kitchen, and Sushi Zen.
Not in the mood to get dressed up? Grab a signature grilled panini and hand-tossed salad from the Corner Bakery. In the mood for Mexican? Call in an order for fresh enchiladas from Mi Cocina.
When you’re looking for a quick bite, you’ll find that any number of restaurants will deliver, and there are great grab ‘n’ go dining options steps away at Unleavened Fresh Kitchen, Trader Joe’s and Central Market.
Life Near the Park
Garden districts are revered for the way they connect us to the natural world. In New Orleans, Savannah, around the great parks in all our cities, residences “on the park” are always a town’s most treasured homes. And so they should be. When your view is of billowing trees, flowers, and great lawns; when you awaken to birdsong; when your front door opens to open space, life takes on a more measured tempo. Our enduring vision is for parks to be the fabric that knits The Garden District together, so we have placed The Brian R. Stebbins Memorial Park as the center of our community.
Southlake Events
Southlake Town Square is a community full of life, fun, and entertainment. Festivities and special events throughout the year are great opportunities to meet neighbors, enjoy time with friends, and socialize close to home.
There are always concerts and events popping up in the grand gazebo at City Hall. Of course, the big three are our epic 4th of July extravaganza, the autumn Oktoberfest, and Art in the Square, the biggest event of the year, orchestrated by the Southlake Women’s Club. We close down the streets, and around every corner are stages for bands and art booths in the parks – it’s a grand affair.
