Finish work—the most laborious and time consuming part of the construction process—continues throughout the building. Cabinetry has been installed on the first through fourth floors. All laundry room cabinets have been delivered, and we have installed appliances in two units to make sure everything is aligned before we finish installing appliance packages in the remaining Residences.
Balconies on the south side of the building are now complete, with cast stone, decorative metal railings, and brick all installed. Stone masonry in the middle of the building will be completed last, as crews work from the top down toward the dramatic portico abutment that will complete The Parkview Residences’ stunning entry.

We have completed final inspections of the building’s gas lines and gas system. The gas pipe has been laid, and will connect to the building for testing in the next few weeks.
The lobby is now complete. Drywall is being installed so that we begin the custom millwork that will elevate the look and feel of this arrival space so that it is truly something special for our owners.
The building is really coming together now. We cannot wait to welcome our owners to their new homes!
